We hope you appreciate that last minute announcements that you cannot play create huge disruption for the club and your captains. However we understand that sometimes these things are unavoidable. So if you know now that you cannot make any dates for a legitimate reason such as injury, holidays, work commitments or family events etc, (or vitally if you intended to play but have an emergency or illness etc) then please in the first instance let your team captain know copying either the club secretary or chairman so we can do our best to cover.
